Speeding Tickets - How fast?
I've gotten caught going 143, the cop asked me what the hell I was doing and I responded, "Eh, just seeing what it would do."
He felt bad about killing my insurance so marked me on the ticket as going 80. How about you? |

Got a ticket for going 27 down a hill in a 25 zone. Went to court and had it taken off my record.

...That's crazy...
Well... one time me and some work guys needed to go out of town for the day and back. We sped all the way from the City Centre, out of town on the highway... and into the Central Coast. For a trip that would normally take 2 hours, we did it in 40 minutes. I was surprised no one pulled us over... on the way there and on the way back. (I wasn't driving.) |

Been too many years to remember. I used to own a 72 'vette with a maxxed out 454. Never got stopped for speeding but once had a cop follow me all the way back to the garage where I kept it. Thought sure he was going to nail me. We both get out and he says "Nice! I used to have one just like it." And we talked for half an hour ..... no ticket.

Well, I never technically got pulled over, but I got caught by someone who matters just as much.
Was doing 100 in a 35...and my dad was behind me in his new company car, so I didn't know he was there. :P |

I got caught going 96 in a 55 on the freeway. Cop pulled me over asked if I knew why he pulled me over and I said yes. Then asked if I knew how fast I was going I said about 86 and he agreed...Got ticket in the mail about a week later for 110 bucks paid it when to traffic school no insurance woes for me......oh should I mention I was driving up hill in a rented minivan?
